What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a visual assessment of a home and it's attached, readily-accessible systems and features.  By having an inspection performed on your prospective home you are not only learning of any potential defects or damages,  but also about the various functions of its systems.

Why you should consider a home inspection...

Ensure the home you buy is a good investment

By having an inspection performed, you can identify any defects or potential safety issues before purchasing and avoid unplanned repair costs due to overlooked details.  The last thing you want to deal with in your new home is unplanned repairs. By having a home inspection performed by Capital G Inspections, you are ensuring that your home purchase is a safe purchase.

Education

Inspections are not just for identifying any potential defects or damages.  During a home inspection, you are encouraged to ask your inspector any questions you may have about the property or it's attached components. We strive to provide a home inspection that is not only thorough and to the point, but educational (and fun) as well.

Understanding Basic Home Functions

Our inspectors are here to answer all questions pertaining to the function and maintenance of single and multi-family homes.  On every inspection, we are sure to identify emergency shut-offs, locations of filters,  etc.  We also have many professional references for any necessary further evaluations or estimates.

Not just Single-Family Homes...

In addition to single-family residences, we also inspect Multi-Family Houses, Condominiums, Townhouses, Mobile Homes, and More!

Capital G Inspections is here for all of your Inspection needs!
